About Total Balance Fitness

My personal training career has brought me so much satisfaction as I love watching my clients get stronger and celebrate their successes. My fitness philosophy is that exercise should be fun, effective, and bring balance to your life. My professional experience in mentoring and coaching goes back to 2003 with work in non-profits and schools. I started Total Balance Fitness in 2010 to help busy people maximize their potential and create a sustainable healthy lifestyle.

Certified as a Personal Trainer (NASM, NSCF), Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM, 2016), Yoga Instructor (Yoga Alliance – RYT 200), Boot Camp Instructor (Operation Fit to Fight), Group Fitness Instructor (NETA), and graduate of St. Paul College (A.A.S. Personal Training, 2010).

I offer personal training and small group training at Anytime Fitness on Grand Ave in St. Paul (1059 Grand Ave) and in South Minneapolis in the basement of Solomon’s Porch church at 100 W. 46th Street.
