Training Schedule


Small Group Training is a fun, effective, and affordable way to reach your fitness goals. Groups are limited to four participants to ensure personal attention. All fitness levels are welcome to any session.

Here’s the updated schedule of Small Group Training Sessions:

Contact Amanda at (612) 203-0544 or fill out the contact form on this site to schedule Personal Training by appointment only.  You can drop in to the Small Groups – although some fill up so you may want to contact me in advance.
